Formerly known as Dongguan NAPUI Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd, now named Guangdong NAPUI Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. Our factory covers 10,000 square‑meters in Dongguan, China. We integrate R&D workshop, automated assembly lines, professional calibration lab, high‑temperature aging room and finished‑product warehouse. We independently produce digital power meters, DC electronic loads, programmable DC power supplies, multi‑channel temperature recorders and harmonic analyzers. OEM & ODM orders are available.

1. Automated SMT Workshop

High‑speed SMT machines and reflow‑soldering equipment are adopted for PCB assembly. AOI visual inspection is equipped to avoid poor soldering. Anti‑static measures are fully applied to guarantee high‑speed sampling performance up to 40kHz for our power‑meter main‑boards.

2. Modular Assembly Line

We follow strict SOP procedures for main‑board, display module and housing assembly. Torque‑controlled screwdrivers are used to keep consistent assembly quality. All internal wiring is firmly fixed to prevent loose connections.

3. Aging & High‑precision Calibration Workshop (Core Process)

Every finished‑product runs 8‑12‑hour high‑temperature aging‑test to eliminate early‑stage failure. Our calibration lab uses national‑grade standard‑sources following IEC standards. The basic accuracy of our power meters reaches 0.5 grade. Each unit is tested for over‑voltage, over‑current and reverse‑polarity protection, compatible with ATS automatic test‑systems. Every machine has its unique test report.

4. Final‑Inspection and Packing Line

Laser marking machines print model number, serial number and production date automatically. We conduct low‑high temperature sampling‑test before packing. Anti‑dust packages are adopted. Bar‑code records realize full‑product traceability.
